Chester City Football Club Customer Charter

Customer Service
Chester City Football Club is open to customers during normal office hours and on match days.
The Club will endeavour to respond to constructive contacts from a customer within a reasonable timescale in the same medium by which the enquiry was made.

Staff Conduct
The staff of Chester City Football Club are encouraged to be helpful, polite and friendly. However, the Club will not tolerate abuse directed at any of their staff.

Consultation and Information
Chester City will use the club website, match day programme and the local press to keep fans fully informed.

Ticketing
Apart from all ticket matches, payment for admission to the ground is by cash at the turnstile.

Concessions are available to Senior Citizens (we currently use the national Senior Citizen age for both men and women), Students (on production of a current NUS card), Juniors under the age of 16 and disabled supporters.
Carers for disabled supporters are admitted free of charge.
Students and disabled supporters should purchase their tickets from the Ticket Office. Payment is by cash only.

If a game is abandoned, the Club reserves the right to whether to refund or not.

Accomodating Away Supporters
The Club abides by Football League regulations governing the allocation of accommodation to visiting clubs.

The Club does not charge admission prices to supporters of visiting clubs which are higher than those charged to our own supporters for comparable accommodation.

Community activities
Chester City endeavours to fully embrace its Football in the Community responsibilities and looks to run soccer schools, provide help for the disadvantaged and tickets for schools packages.
