City U18's 0 Walsall U18's 1
The busy period for City's youth side caught up with them yesterday when they faced Walsall at the Airfield, Broughton.
Simon Davies will have been pleased with the effort and attainment that his team put in but a solitary goal from the Sadlers young guns was enough for a three points to be taken back down the M6 to the Black Country.
City's youth team only played on Tuesday when they made the long trek to north London to play Tottenham Hotspur.
