Youth draw a Vale blank

It was back to league action for City's Youth Team as they travelled to the Potteries for a Puma Youth Alliance game against Port Vale.
The game finished without a goal but Simon Davies was encouraged by his team's performance and especially the individual performances displayed by Chris Newman and Paul Smith who are both in the first year of their apprenticeship at the club.
